We’re excited to add a new Kubota skid steer to the Accurate Property Services lineup.

We take a lot of pride in investing back into our company — not only in commercial-grade equipment, but also in training, our employees, and the systems that allow us to deliver a better experience for our customers.

We work hard to keep our equipment clean, well maintained, and operating at its best. Having newer, dependable machines helps us stay efficient on the job, reduce downtime, and maintain the professional image we want our company to represent.

This machine is another step forward as we continue expanding into larger landscape construction, grading, drainage, excavation, and property improvement projects.

Fall Scheduling Update

We have a few installation openings remaining between mid-November and mid-December.

If you’re looking for the cheapest price, we’re probably not the company for you.

We take pride in our work, the materials we use, and the installation methods behind every project. Proper preparation takes more time, but it’s what allows us to deliver a finished product that is built to last.

Unfortunately, the lowest bid can become the most expensive. We’ve seen homeowners pay to remove work that was installed incorrectly, only to turn around and pay again to have it done right.

Before we ever walk the finished project with the homeowner, I complete a walkthrough with our crew. During that walkthrough, I ask one simple question: “If this were your house, would you be proud of the work?” If the answer isn’t yes, the job isn’t finished.

Once everything passes our own inspection, I give the project one final look before walking it with the homeowner.

Our goal has never been to be the cheapest. It’s to provide quality work, clear communication, and a finished project we’re proud to put our name on.

If your contractor is connecting your downspouts to 4-inch corrugated pipe, stop them!

We replace failed drainage systems weekly, and nearly every corrugated downspout line we remove is packed with shingle dust, dirt, roots and debris—just like this one.

That’s why we use 4-inch solid-wall pipe. Its smooth interior moves water faster, is less likely to clog, and can be properly cleaned if needed. Corrugated pipe may be cheaper upfront, but solid pipe is the better long-term solution.

Wrapped up this landscape installation in Springfield, MO this week. Two days in and out.

A lot went into this project between the new landscape beds, plantings, raised planter bed, and drainage.

We take a lot of pride in the craftsmanship and details on every job, and the owner does a final walkthrough with the customer before we call it complete.

Really happy with how this one came together.

When comparing patio quotes, make sure you're comparing apples to apples.

Two contractors may quote the same size patio using the same paver - but the construction underneath those pavers can be completely different.

For our open-graded patio installations, we typically:

• Remove approximately 8" of existing soil (more for new builds)
• Install commercial-grade geotextile fabric to stabilize the base, distribute the patio's load and prevent the aggregate from mixing with the soil beneath it
• Install 5" of 3/4" clean chat
• Install a 1" screed layer of 3/8" chip stone
• Compact the base and perform compaction testing
• Laser-grade the patio within fractions of an inch
• Establish the proper slope for long-term performance
• Use permeable jointing sand that allows water to drain through the patio (prevents settling during freeze/thaw cycles)

Proper excavation, base depth, compaction and grading are what help prevent settling, uneven pavers and premature failure. Once the patio is finished, most of this work can't be seen - but it's the most important part of the installation.

A professionally installed patio is an investment in your property, so take the time to make sure the contractor you hire is legitimate. Ask to see pictures of previous projects, have them explain their complete installation process, confirm that they're properly insured and read through their customer reviews.

Don't choose a contractor based solely on the lowest price. Make sure you understand what you're paying for and feel confident that your investment will be built correctly and last for years.
