Another job completed by Cauley Excavating & Construction, LLC!

For this project, we regraded the entire lot to ensure proper elevation and drainage, constructed a pad for the new mobile home, and added a drainage ditch along the driveway to help manage water runoff and protect the property.

From site preparation to the finishing touches, our goal was to make sure this property was properly prepared and ready for the new home you see sitting on it today.

Cauley Excavating & Construction LLC is looking to hire an experienced equipment operator immediately. Pay will be determined by experience and work ethic.

Requirements include:
• A good work ethic
• Punctuality
• Reliability
• Honesty
• Experience operating large equipment -
specifically Excavators, Bulldozers, & on-site Dump
Trucks
• Reliable Transportation
• Drug use will not be tolerated
• Smoking will not be tolerated in the equipment (If
you need to smoke take a 5 minute break outside)

Everyday task will include:
• Fueling and lubricating the machine your operating
• Operating a chainsaw occasionally
• Occasionally using a shovel or rake when digging
around utility’s
• Chaining down equipment when we’re moving
equipment to and from jobs
• Occasional assistance servicing equipment when
called for
• Land clearing & grading

My equipment is air conditioned and very well kept. I will not have you operating ragged equipment. We never work on Sundays, but an occasional Saturday may be required.
