This “driveway” hadn’t seen any maintenance in over 40 years, and it definitely showed. Some of the ruts were nearly 2 feet deep, so this one took some serious work. We reshaped, graded, and brought it back to life. Now it’s built to handle years of use again.

Another step closer to the finish line on this Greenville project!
We excavated the geothermal system, installed the septic tanks, and completed the septic field. All that’s left for us is final grading and grass seed prep this fall. 🏡

Nobody likes that annoying wet spot in their yard that refuses to dry up. Sometimes a simple basin and some grade work is enough to direct that water away to drain properly!

This one made us earn it, but the transformation was worth every minute. We cleared out the overgrowth, graded and raked the area, and got everything prepped and ready for new grass to take over. Another property brought back to life!

We wrapped up one of our bigger projects last week! We initially cut the hillside down and leveled out the barn pad area, installed parking lot drainage, a large parking area, septic system and lastly a final grade around the whole property!
