We are hiring for the 2023 T&L Lawn Care grass cutting season. At present, we have openings for 3-4 people, including 1 or 2 drivers.

Pay starts @ $16 an hour and will be adjusted based upon experience.

Basic duties included by the Crew Member positions include:

- grass cutting
- push mowing
- string trimming
- edging
- blowing off sidewalks
- following the direction of the Crew Chief
- be able to work in varying weather conditions & temperatures
- have daily transportation to & from Bel Air
- be able to work a flexible schedule due to weather.
- report for work drug & alcohol free
