Thank you so much 425 Magazine! We are incredibly honored and humbled to share that Home Service Specialists was voted 𝗕𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗲𝗿 in the 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗕𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝟰𝟮𝟱 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀.

This one means so much to us because it came directly from the people in our community through one of the region’s longest-running and most respected local awards. This year marked the 20th anniversary of the Best of 425 Awards, and we were told it had the largest voter turnout in the history of the awards.

What makes this even more meaningful is that there was only 𝗼𝗻𝗲 Outdoor Living/Landscape category and 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿. To be chosen by the community from all of the incredible landscape, hardscape, outdoor living, design-build, and specialty contractors throughout the Eastside and surrounding region is something we do not take lightly.

As a family-owned business, this work is deeply personal to us. Every project represents someone’s home or business, family, guests, investment, and trust. We strive to bring care, excellence, and stewardship to every detail because that is what people deserve when they invite us into something so important.

To be recognized by our community for that work means more than we can fully express.

To every client who trusted us, every person who voted, every team member who pours their heart into their work, every vendor and trade partner who supports us, and every friend and family member who cheers us on- 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗼𝗺 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀.

This award belongs to all of you.

We also want to thank 425 Magazine for hosting such a beautiful event and give a huge congratulations for celebrating 20 years of the Best of 425 Awards. The ambiance, food, drinks, activities, and overall experience were amazing from start to finish.

And a special thank you to The Golf Club at Newcastle for hosting us. The venue was absolutely breathtaking. The views, the sunset, the atmosphere, and the hospitality made for an unforgettable night.

Today we pause with grateful hearts to honor the brave men and women who gave their lives for our country. We are deeply thankful for their sacrifice, for the freedoms we enjoy, and for the families who carry their legacy. From everyone at Home Service Specialists, we remember and honor them today 🙏

Every year in the PNW, the same thing happens.

Someone spends thousands upgrading their backyard:

• mornings feel peaceful even in October

Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible moms out there. ❤️

To the mothers creating loving homes, raising families, making memories, and giving so much of themselves every single day - thank you. The love, strength, sacrifice, and care you pour into your families does not go unnoticed. We hope you felt loved, appreciated, and reminded of just how much you mean to the people around you today.

We also want to send love to everyone missing their mom today, and to the mothers who have passed away but will never be forgotten. We know firsthand how hard it is to lose someone so special, and our hearts are with everyone carrying that loss today. Their love continues to live on in the homes they built, the traditions they created, and the families they helped shape.

Our hearts are with everyone across Washington who has been impacted by the flooding. Seeing neighborhoods underwater, roads washed out, and families dealing with so much uncertainty is truly heartbreaking. 💔

We know many people are facing real loss and disruption right now, and we just want to pause and acknowledge that. Sending love, prayers, and strength to our communities, and praying for an end to the flooding, protection and quick recovery for everyone affected 🙏❤️

It still feels surreal to open Facebook and see Home Service Specialists listed as the #1 Patio & Hardscapes company in the entire PNW for the 2nd year in a row! ✨

Thank you to every person who took the time to vote, cheer us on, recommend us, tag us, and trust us with your homes. Your support is the reason a small, family-owned company like ours can stand beside the biggest names in the region and come out on top. 💛🙏
