Todd is invested in all the Pacific Northwest communities in which he works. He is recognized as a leader in the construction and development industry, a dedicated family man, and a philanthropist. He and his wife, Lanya, founded the Hear See Hope Foundation to raise money and awareness to fight Usher Syndrome; the leading cause of deaf-blindness in the United States. Two of Todd and Lanyaโ€™s four sons live with Usher Syndrome, and their foundation has raised more than $1.5 million dollars since its inception for Usher Syndrome research. In August 2018, Todd and his son Cole along with other Hear See Hope supporters and board members, climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro to signify both the uphill battle against finding a cure for Usher syndrome and the power of persistence.

Todd and Lanya have worked together for many years, both professionally and in their philanthropic endeavors. If youโ€™ve seen them together youโ€™ll understand how they complement each other and it leads to innovation, perseverance, and creativity in all aspects of their lives.
