Emergency Boiler changeout! This 12 year old Navian wall hung boiler that was very poorly installed was diagnosed with a bad heat exchanger from another company. This homeowner called us looking for quotes on replacements and looking to get the heat and hot water back on ASAP for their kids! They called us Thursday afternoon at 3pm, had a quote to them by Thursday night and chose us to replace this unit and we had everything done, heat and hot water back on by Friday night!

We replaced this system with an upgraded model Navian wall hung compared to what they had before and also installed the correct way…. this system also got completely repiped with gall an all new manifold, zone valves , circulator pumps ect…

We are here to help you and your family!

Take a look at these before and after pictures of another Heating & Air Conditioning System Replacement Complete!

What started as a routine annual furnace maintenance turned into a serious safety concern when we discovered the system was leaking carbon monoxide into the home! We immediately shut the system down and discussed replacement options with the homeowner.

The homeowner upgraded to a brand-new 96% high-efficiency American Standard gas furnace and A/C system, backed by a 10-year limited manufacturer’s warranty!

We also installed a new return air filter box for easier maintenance and a smart Ecobee thermostat for convenient temperature control right from their phone!

Your comfort and safety are always our top priorities!

Out with the old heating and A/C system and in with the new! 🔥❄️

Our team installed a new American Standard high-efficiency gas furnace and A/C system and this system got all the goodies along with it!

We installed
- 2 New Honeywell Zone dampers as well as a new Honeywell Zone board to control both dampers and to give an upgrade to there old 20 year old dampers that weren’t working properly

- 2 Honey Well T-6 Thermostats to communicate with our new Honeywell zone board!

- New refrigeration piping for the system to avoid old contamination and oil in the lines

- Air Bear whole home air filter to give the homeowner better indoor air quality

We also want to thank Consoletti Electric for getting all of our systems powered up! ⚡️

Another Mitsubishi install complete! ❄️🔥

This Homeowner had an existing Ductless unit that was sized way to small for this basement. Instead of just swapping this unit out for the correct size one, we were able to re use it as it was the correct size for their new addition!

We installed this new 12,000 BTU Mitsubishi ductless mini-split system in the basement providing the proper BTUs the basement should have had in the first place.

Having a unit sized correctly and by a professional is a huge factor on your efficiency of the system.

Whether you’re looking to condition a bedroom, addition, garage, office, or another hard-to-heat-and-cool space, ductless systems are always a great solution.
