Haven’t posted in awhile I keep forgetting to take pictures of what I do but I’ve been working on this one took out both tubs and shower walls and put in 2 new tubs and drains now working on tiling the shower walls on them both should have it all done here soon and put in new shower valves in both

Got that cut out and put back in now it’s time to go home and shower it’s been hot today

Knocked this one out at the start of the week got the entire exterior repainted shutters/gutters/ trim/and the body of it and changed out the shower valve for the lady also had to cut in a access panel in the closet in the master closet to change it for her she was very happy with it when I was done with it all only took 3 days to knock it out then moved on to the next one. Got allot coming up for next week I’ll try to remember to take pics before and after

Figured I would put these on here since someone is saying I left it not hooked up and saying I clogged her drain after I changed it out but the house was built in the 50s maybe even before then and has the original plumbing under the house still. And since she wants to tag my name in it I won’t be that person and do the same. Thinks since i cut the stuff loose with a hole in it and replaced it that I clogged her pipes and that it won’t drain since i done it. But since there isn’t any holes in it now the water doesn’t have anywhere to go so the tub won’t drain. Hate she feels that way

I really got to start remembering to take before and after pics of jobs I’m doing so I can post them on here. But I don’t ever think about doing it I get there and get started so I can knock it out

Finished this one last week. Tore out the bathtub toilet and vanity and replaced some of the drywall that was behind one of the shower walls. Put a new bathtub / shower surround walls / new toilet / and a new vanity with sink then ended up putting in new flooring in the bathroom with new base and shoe mold. Then had to finish laying the lvp flooring down the hallway cause the couple that lived there was in the hospital having a baby.
