The bio section won’t let me write everything I needed to, so I’m going to post this here so everyone knows the background and our WHY!
Three Brantley recently started T4 ScanCore, and while it may look like it’s simply the start of a new business, it’s really about something much bigger for our family. It’s about having more time together, more flexibility, and creating opportunities we haven’t had before
The name T4 is especially meaningful to us—it’s a tribute to me, his wife, Tracy, and our son, Four, the two people who inspire him every day. Through T4 ScanCore, he’s able to use the skills and experience he’s gained in ground penetrating radar (GPR) to help customers safely locate rebar, post-tension cables, conduit, and other hidden objects beneath concrete before cutting or drilling.
If you know Three, you know there’s nowhere he’d rather be than with Four. He wants to be at every soccer practice and game, every band concert, every class celebration, every UIL competition (even the ones we can’t watch!), and now as Four starts 7th grade, every middle school sport or activity he decides to try.
The hard part is that working in concrete construction meant every day looked different. Different job sites, different hours, different schedules. And too often, that meant missing something. If you know Three, you know that missing those moments is what hurts him the most. He has the biggest heart when it comes to our family, and being away has never been easy for him.
Starting T4 ScanCore isn’t just about building a business or making more money. It’s about building a life where our family comes first. It’s about having the ability to schedule work, plan ahead, make it to practice, sit down for dinner together, and most importantly, be able to take our family to church without wondering if work will get in the way.
We know this won’t be easy. Starting a business is scary, and there are a lot of unknowns. But we also know God has opened this door, and we’re trusting Him to guide every step.
If you would pray for us as we begin this journey, we would be so grateful. Pray for wisdom, for opportunities to serve others well, and that God would bless this business if it’s His will.
