We started this house in Redmond last week. Total bid for our prospect was 13,000$, reason being is because we prefer to use 20 gallons of paint for the body and 5 gallons for the trim. we do 2 very thick coats to give the home a very vibrant finish that endures all conditions especially Oregon weather.
