You all have come to love “the bug man way,” and Jeff is the brains behind our quality service application methods. I’ll probably still occasionally try to tell him that some things are just out of his control, but if there’s anything he can do to ensure customer satisfaction, you bet your behind that he’ll try his hardest to make it happen.
