The last stand of the local lisianthus! This cultivated variety is bred from the native Texas Bluebell and is a diva to grow, from start to finish. With the looks of a rose, but the vase-life of a succulent, she is a beauty to behold. My crop of lisianthus is already winding down for this year, so if you haven’t gotten to enjoy this gem of a flower, now is the time; you’ll find some tucked into every mixed bouquet this week.

Most imported flowers spend at least week in a box in transport before they ever see a vase. Buying locally grown means you’re getting some of the freshest flowers you’ve likely ever bought!
