Our Story

My dad, Mark, is very skilled at making things. He has a knack for seeing a need and then building something from scratch to fulfill that need. He has always enjoyed woodworking and has a talent for it. He has built chicken coops, tack sheds, outhouses and more. His vision was to someday acquire the saws and equipment to build pioneer-style log cabins by hand. He has now successfully designed and built his first cabin from the ground up and it is spot-on.

Mark was raised in the old western ways, learning that if you're going to build something, take the time to do it right and build it to last, with traditional quality not found today.

He would like to preserve the structural integrity and authenticity found in pioneer homes, in a world of modern technology and materials (vinyl, composites and plastic).
