There are many advantages to installing an energy efficient white seamless roof for a building owner.

1. The energy efficiency is of course the big factor. With up to a 94% UV reflectivity the roof surface will be considerably cooler then a black or mill finish roof.
2. The lowering of the roof temperature will significantly decrease HVAC costs on buildings that are heated and cooled with the roof typically paying for itself just in energy savings in 5-10 years.
3. The lowering of the heat will also reduce building expansion and contraction from heating and cooling and generally lowering maintenance costs associated with roof degradation and repairs.
4. Business interruption during installation is minimal.
5. And It just looks fantastic!
