I specialize in Fix & Flip, Ground Up construction and Bridge loans on one to 200+ SFRs at a time. This deal included the refinance of land & 100% of the ground-up construction cost for 28 SFRs. This is the 1st of 5 phases for a total of 140 SFRs.
My team and I underwrote this 140 SFR project in order to make sure the project stayed on schedule with no delays and the highest LTC for the client. Years ago, my mom told me that one of her dreams was to be able to put on Tefillin but as a woman we all know that it is not permitted in the Jewish religion. Since then, every time I put on Tefillin in her presence, she joins me under the Tallit and we say the Shema together. This elevates my experience to levels Beyond explaination 😇
