Frank & Lis Maxwell's rental had a support issue on the ridge line of the garage. We tore off the existing roof, repaired some water damage, added posts, beams, and bracing in the garage for the correct ridgeline support, and installed a new metal roof.

Bernard Witschen's roof had some hail damage from last years 4th of July storm. We tore off 3 layers of shingles, re-sheathed and shingled. We used Ownes Corning Arcitectural Shingles in Shasta Whte.

Brad & Samantha's kitchen remodel sarted with a simple request, a dishwasher. On my first visit to the space I realized we could take the pennisula, flip it to the back wall, and be left with the exact opening needed for a dishwasher next to the sink. We kept the original cabinets and expanded on the idea for a more spaciuos functional kitchen. In order to achieve this we framed in a window, demolished the existing flooring and countertop, moved cabinets, installed new countertops, flooring, trim, backsplash, open shelving, and a new paint color on the walls. We also demolished and re-built a built-in cabinet that seperated the dining room and kitchen. By cutting this back we increased the opening, making the entire space feel bigger while updating the built-in's style. We provided the design work and finish ideas for this project.

Ken & Linda Sorensen had some hail damage, so we tore off the old roof, siding, and windows. We relaced the siding with Blue Hardi Plank, the roof with White Ag Panels, and Millgard windows. We also helped frame in a loft in the shop with and office and bathroom below.
