Insulation/Urethane Specialist

$20-$25/Hour
Benefits: Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, IRA (3% match), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays.

Experience preferred, but willing to train the right person.

Job Requirements:
-Good work ethic and a good attitude.
-Ability to work in a construction atmosphere.
-Must have a valid drivers license.
-Must have reliable transportation.
-Must have the ability to lift at least 75 lbs.
-Must be able to do hard labor 8+ hours per day.
-Must be willing to work FT, plenty of overtime offered if requested.
-Must be able to pass a drug test and physical.
-Must be willing to follow directions.
-If not able to meetup at company shop, must be willing to drive person vehicle to job site.

CM QUALITY INSULATION INC is hiring two full-time Insulation Installer/Urethane Sprayer to join our team.

We are armed with the equipment and high-performing products to get each job done right. The people we are looking to hire must have a good work ethic and integrity.

As a laborer, you will focus on installing insulation and/or spraying urethane. Your day-to-day "office" won't always look the same! However, you can count on the process to provide some consistency.

Job description/Requirements:
-Loading materials onto a truck
-Erect scaffolding or ladders to height needed
-Cut the insulation materials to size and install in frames, ceilings, attics or crawl spaces
-Installing insulation materials by stapling, gluing, wiring, nailing or operating equipment that injects loose-fill or foamed insulation
-Spraying Urethane in frames, ceiling, attics or crawl spaces, and grounds
-May be required to drive a company vehicle. If so, follow all driving rules and DOT requirements at all times and maintain your tools/truck
-Observe job site safety rules
-Able to use common hand tools
-Work in tight places including attics and crawlspaces
-Lift a minimum of 50lbs
-Climb ladders and scaffolding
-Able to bend, twist, and turn body at shoulders, waist, knees
-Stand for extended periods of time

Must have a valid drivers license and have reliable transportation.
