4 bedroom 2 bath plus a bonus room
Total remodel.

This remodel cost came out just under $50/sq ft

9 weeks from the start to walking out with our tools.

We demoed this house down to the studs and bare floor joists.

I believe I have 1 light switch cover to put back on and it’s 100% done.

I’d say we’re fairly proud of this job.

Folks, we greatly value ALL of our clients. There is no client too large or too small for us to value. We wouldn’t be where we are today without each and every one of you.

We are currently over booked and greatly under staffed. Please bear with us.
There are a few of you out there who are ready to have your jobs either started, or the next stages to be moving forward.

We have had a major collection of deadlines all come at the same time. Along side a number of unfortunate personal family emergencies.
At tge end of the day family comes first.

There have been many staff changes over the last few weeks.
Im confident the adjustments we’ve made this week will allow us to catch back up.
Thank you for your patience. Good help is hard to find. We have now, 5 seperate crews working their very best to keep up with the fast growing demands of our clients.

Perched in the mountains, this stunning home will stand above of the North Fork of the Flathead River.
In order to reimagine the layout and increase the living space, the existing home underwent substantial renovations, including demolition nearly to the foundation level and the installation of new concrete to facilitate the revised footprint.

We are delighted to be working in conjunction with Alpine Haven Builders on this retreat project.
