Project Completion – Natick, MA

This week, our team successfully completed an addition project in Natick. This job had it's challenges from start to finish.

After determining that the existing foundation was unsuitable for pinning, the structure was lifted to allow for the demolition of the existing walls and excavation for new footings and frost walls. Once the new foundation was poured, the structure was safely lowered onto the new walls, allowing our crew to backfill and complete the foundation infill.

Another successful water service upgrade completed for one of our customers in Burlington.

Our crew replaced an old 1” iron water service with a brand new 1” copper water service along with installing a new curb stop to ensure reliable service for years to come.

Upgrading aging water lines helps improve water quality, flow and reliability.

Our team has recently completed a project in Tewksbury, where we successfully addressed a basement flooding issue that multiple contractors had declined to resolve. The customer contacted us, and we conducted a thorough assessment to develop a comprehensive plan.

In addition to installing new retaining walls, stairs, and landings, we also put in a perimeter drain connected to a Cultec Infiltrator to ensure the basement remains dry.

We recently finished a project for a great customer in Billerica, which involved removing tree stumps and brush after multiple trees were cut down. To create a more usable area, we imported 125 yards of fill and 80 yards of loam to level the backyard. The next phase will include irrigation, raking, and hydroseeding to finalize the project. Now that the holidays have come and gone. We wanted to give a big Thank you to everyone who donated, supported and contributed to our 4th annual Toy Drive. With your help we were able to make a very generous donation to The Caring Closet (Andover MA). This year The Caring Closet was able to provide toys to over 500 local children.

Additionally we would like to thank Tremezzo Ristorante for being such great host's and allowing us to keep our Toy Box in their lobby. Secondly we would like to thank Mike and Melissa Curley from Blue House Santa! For not only helping spread the word but also helping provide the delivery of all the toys! We wouldn't be able to do this without the help of these great folks and their group of amazing people!

Thank you again and we look forward to next year which will be our 5th annual drive!
