This 8” Tapp on a forced main system wasn’t about magnitude, it was about being present and willing. One day turned into night, which turned into two days. However, it had to get done. This was about taking care of our client. We don’t give up and reschedule for a week later.

We are so grateful for the opportunity to work. Today it was about working under pressure. Specifically 200 psi. This isn’t an amazing feat altogether, but it was a critical step in passing our test so our client could proceed with their project today.

Moreover, the full impact of our relationship with our client this day, was not what we know, but who we know. We are all about Solutions. They are in a bind. We know people, and we connected our client with resources they didn’t have.

No problem!

A few phone calls, and now our client has some options they didn’t have 3 hours earlier.

Today was all about FLEXIBILITY. We were so grateful to have this opportunity to install this tapping sleeve and valve, and then do the Tapp. The surprise was that we saw this big MJ tapping sleeve coming at us on an excavator when we were expecting a stainless steel sleeve.

No problem!

A little more elbow grease and a meticulous process. It took a little longer, but first try at 150 psi and Nailed It!

Next step…meticulous Tapp. Nailed It!

Another day and another satisfied client. We knocked out this 10” x 8” hot Tapp in about 20 - 30 minutes, from getting our machine into the hole and out again. Consistency is what makes us tick. Home runs and huge projects are always amazing, but our meticulous methodology and processes are what make our team successful. You can see the white measurement on our tapping machine. Combine the calculations with the feel of the machines, and you get the correct and consistent results every time.

More importantly, we would be nothing without our clients and municipal inspectors. We are so grateful to them for their loyalty and continued support.

31” iron pipe with a precision 1” Tapp. A little cleaning. Install the saddle and corp stop, check and check. Tapp it. Coupon! No leaks! Precision! Nailed it!

Gratitude…it’s something that I feel an abundance of today. I think we miss that some times each day. I’m grateful for our clients. I’m grateful our project wrapped up perfectly this morning. Two hours with some elbow grease. Not too bad. We had a great day! Two 12” Tapps on 12” DIP.
