A little fall fun with Girls Inc.! 🎃🍬 We had a great time celebrating the season at their Fall Festival. We loved being part of such a fun afternoon for the girls and their families!

A well-deserved honor for our Chief Preconstruction Manager, Richard Brooks!

Last night, he was recognized at the Auburn Building Science Scholarship Awards Banquet, where a scholarship was awarded in his name in recognition of the outstanding impact he has made in the field of preconstruction throughout his career.

We are proud to have him on the Pylon team and excited to see his legacy continue through the next generation of construction professionals. Congratulations on this incredible honor!

A great few days at our Fall Retreat! We enjoyed the opportunity to spend time together, reflect, and focus on how we can continue growing as a team.

Thank you to Missy Scott with Brasfield & Gorrie for joining us and leading a session on emotional intelligence!

And a shoutout to our project team who held things down on the jobsite while we were away. They even managed to get their own stair photo!

Good food + a great crew 👏

Yesterday, we celebrated our subcontractors at MBA Wadewood Renovation with Eugene's Restaurant/Catering/Food Truck and Doodle's Homemade Sorbets & Italian Ice ! We’re thankful for the hard work our trade partners put in every day and always enjoy a chance to show our appreciation.

Thanks for all you do!

A little hands-on learning in the field! 🏗️

We’re excited to partner with The Birmingham Promise and have a student intern joining our team on site this semester. Amari will spend time learning from our field team, seeing the day-to-day of a jobsite, and getting a firsthand look at careers in construction.

We’re always glad to have the opportunity to invest in the next generation of builders!

The right lift starts with the right rigging.

Our team got hands-on with rigging safety, reinforcing how the right equipment, proper inspection and attention to detail all play a part in a safe lift. It’s another way we continue building a culture where safety isn’t just talked about, it’s practiced🏗️

Now THIS is a jobsite update. Steel is going up at Vitalogy, and we’re loving the view. 🏗️

Our 2nd Annual Field Operations Outing at Selwood Farm 🎯

A great afternoon getting our field team together for some friendly competition and time outside of the jobsite. We’re already looking forward to the next one!
