Second job from Thursday we went took out this old worn and tired set of steps the stringers where cracked and busted actually they where unsafe ā€¦..cut all new stringers and redone the entire set as well as braced the post up at the bottom of the handrail going down both post just moved back and forthā€¦..probably fixing to do some painting and siding work at this home so should be more pics to come very soon Prince Renovationsā€¦ā€¦7068978851 ā˜ļøšŸ’Æā€¦.Happy Friday and everyone have a wonderful Labor Day weekend

We knocked out 2 jobs yesterday the first was hanging a retractable screen door on just one side of a double patio door this involved making pieces for the center support to mount it on just the side they use ā€¦..if had a couple people ask me if this could be done but hadnā€™t got to actually try it to see how it would work and it works very well homeowners where pleased 7068978851 Prince Renovationsā€¦.ā˜ļøšŸ’ÆHappy Friday

Prince Renovationsā€¦..hereā€™s the finished product of the tub we turned into a walk in shower ā€¦.today we trimmed around it as well as hung the shower door ā€¦..Monday morning this was a tub and by the end of Tuesday itā€™s completely done and just changes the feel of the bathroom completelyā€¦..if ur interested are have any questions about having this done give me a call 7068978851 ā˜ļøšŸ’Æ

Moving on from last weekā€™s adventures straight into starting the week off with a bang ā€¦..we started a tub to walk in shower yesterday we hauled everything got the tub taken out and the new delta valve installed with pex piping also reworked the drain for the pan and got the shower in and working before the end of the day ā€¦..we still like the trim around it and the shower door to finish up this oneā€™s going to be slick when completely finished by the end of the day ā€¦.finish video coming Prince Renovationsā€¦..7068978851 ā˜ļøšŸ’Æ

Prince Renovationsā€¦..update on replacing the post we got it knocked out yesterday after waiting on the concrete to set for a couple extra days ā€¦..the homeowner at some point is going to have the front band replaced so Iā€™m sure someone will wander about the blocks I put on the front of the post ā€¦.whenever the new bands installed those will be gone ā€¦..the homeowners where very pleased when finished doesnā€™t matter how hard any of these jobs are the homeowners being happy when where finished is our biggest reward 7068978851 ā˜ļøšŸ™

Still waiting on the concrete to dry for our job replacing the post on our porch job ā€¦..so I got this call and we went and knocked it out yesterday added a snmall landing and a very nice set of steps and handrails 7068978851 šŸ™ā˜ļø

This lady called she had bids for this that was so crazy she was confused and didnā€™t know what exactly to do ā€¦.so I talked with her explained what we would do from start to finishā€¦.we are changing out the post because the bottoms where rotten and the concrete really hadnā€™t been poured correctlyā€¦.we took out the old concrete poored piers and are going to use post seats ā€¦.the way you should always be fixed Prince Renovationsā€¦.7068978851 ā˜ļøšŸ™ā€¦.will post finished video when completed

The end result from the old walk in shower we took and and replaced we also took out the old vanity and installed a new one as well ā€¦.we hung Sheetrock and took the header piece out which opened the area up installed new shower valve and trimmed around everything Prince Renovations 7068978851 ā˜ļø

Working on taking out and replacing this old outdated shower ā€¦..so we took the old one out replaced the shower valve we also had to build the back wall in ā€¦..the drains are usually pretty easy on most these this one was in a floor truss i didnā€™t wanna cut any of it that i didnā€™t have to so i 90 it out away from the truss and installed the trap ā€¦..we like a little Sheetrock and some trim ā€¦..we are also replacing the vanity and probably some other stuff that has been mentioned but not confirmed yet ā€¦ā€¦will post video when we get it completely finished 7068978851 ā˜ļøšŸ™
