Started Monday on this 260 sq’ addition. Got 5 days in on it including inspections, coming together real nice. Let us know if you need anything. Fully insured, GC licensed in any county in the state that requires it, best designer/trades in the state (all required to be insured and licensed)

We had a client recently that made paint selections for their kitchen at the design phase, but changed it and the change was somehow missed and not updated on both project sheets… I didn’t do a back charge to anyone, I didn’t do a change order to the client. I paid the $2k it took to make it right out of my pocket. That’s what separates us from other builders. We don’t try to find excuses or place the blame anywhere or focus on our bottom dollar. We guarantee our clients a price for their build and we keep our word, even if it means we lose profit on the job.

Posting this because my other post brought out doubters and people that should mind their own business.…but here it is, and I’ll say this again…If you have land already and want to build, we can make it happen. This one pictured is my personal home (just happens to be my next project) which will end up coming in at just over $415k or $125 a sq’… I typically build my clients homes for anywhere from $97-$135 a sq’ WITH my fee… and here’s for the ones who say “it’s a scam” “there’s no way” etc etc…. I want to be crystal clear on this, you don’t pay me one single dime for consulting, for any of the pre construction phase (designer, vendor bids, labor bids, submitting forms to lenders etc) and you don’t even pay me a dime after you’ve signed a contract with us….Your first payment to us is when we break ground and there’s a slab going in, and your last payment is when we hand you the keys and the bank signs off on it, our fee is structured in 3 payments, ground break, topout, and final and the fee is based off the sq’ of your build….Ive attached pictures to show…I am insured, and the bank draw down form for this project showing where every dime is going… this form is required from any builder dealing with any lender, period. There’s no way around it. You can’t “scam” this, there’s no way for you to be “shady”… Now, you’re gonna have people say “man, 50k for a slab is outrageous!”…well, it’s a full PT slab to include porches so it’s over 6,135 sq’ of PT slab which is the best you can get…or “there’s only $33 for site supervision”..well, I am the site supervision and I am required to put something in the job for it so I charged myself $1 a sq’ (this is where my company’s fee would be at on your bank draw down forms)…I could go on about what other people might say about this draw down form but I’ll leave it alone.

I specifically tagged Lakrisha because she has vouched for me on post where people were trying to be hateful or doubt what I do. She’s done a a lot of work for me and she always does a great job. So with all that said, I’ll say this again, if you’re looking to build a home and save money holler at us and we can discuss your options and what we can do for you…
