🔥 WE’RE NOT JUST REMODELING THIS HOUSE—WE’RE BRINGING A PIECE OF GROSSE POINTE HISTORY BACK TO LIFE.

Built in the 1920s, this home is getting a complete transformation from top to bottom. But the character, craftsmanship, and historic details that make it special? Those stay.

The mission: preserve its soul, elevate every detail, and prepare it for the next 100 years.

This is only the beginning. Wait until you see what we do with it. 🏡🔥

Luxury construction isn’t just about the finishes.

It starts here — framing, structure, layout, protection from the weather, and managing every step before the pretty stuff ever shows up.

This lakefront project is a great example of how much planning goes into creating a clean, finished result.
