Oh it’s that time again…. I’m in need of full time help with lawn crew and part time landscaping. Looking for someone with these qualifications.

Valid drivers license and transportation.

The ability to work 5 days a week 45-50 hours weekly, with the possibility of Saturdays in case of rain dates.

Must be able to work in heat and cold.

Must be capable of preforming tasks in a timely manner and work with your crew members.

Need to be able to weedeat quickly and efficiently and use zero turn mowers.

Looking like I will have a few open for commercial property maintenance, lawn, landscaping & snow removal services all in one stop. I’ve been doing commercial lawn maintenance and snow removal for 25 years now. Over the years I have managed properties for Time Werner, Comcast, Aquila, Discover Vision Centers and many more apartment complexes & medical offices. We do year round maintenance and round the clock snow removal services.

A retaining wall job we knocked out along with 110 ft of French drains for Miss Debbie O'Hare Berneking this week.

Customers pool just got finished Thursday, Friday afternoon we final graded the yard knocking down high spots and filling the lows. We seeded, fertilized, & rolled out curtex to protect the seed and limit erosion.
