Got in a little diesel therapy last week. This site is just spooling up and is a jump from what we have been working on lately. I was asked to supervise site work for a 3-acre building, parking lot, storm and sanitary sewer, etc. This week we will be hustling to get the building pad to grade in order for foundation work to begin next week.

Finish operator needed - Tri Cities area. Dozer, excavator, skid steer, haul truck, etc. Not desperate, but ready to hire when the right person shows up. I need someone that is comfortable setting grades, can finish a job without supervision, is reliable and has a good attitude. We do both residential and commercial, just now adding Topcon GPS to the mix. CDL A is a plus. I have a pretty good idea what other guys are paying and I'm at the upper end of that.

I am the owner and work beside the crew daily. I like to think I'm pretty easy to get along with, but I'm not going to hire someone to hide in the porta john texting, watching tik toks, or whatever. I can get through every day without a phone call from home (emergencies excepted), you should be too. Every person on my crew, including me, will pull their weight, enjoy showing up to work every day, and be proud of what we've accomplished at the end of the day.
Veterans encouraged to apply. Our entire crew currently is prior service. Prior service is not required, but knowing how to be a valuable part of a team is. We are small and rely on each other to get it done.
