🚨 Electrical Safety Alert! 🚨
During a recent inspection at a rental property, we discovered a serious fire and shock hazard (this is one of many): a live wire dangerously wrapped around the prongs of an extension cord to power a light in the home. This kind of setup is not only unsafe—it's illegal under electrical code.

We quickly corrected the issue by safely securing and running new wiring to code so the light now operates properly and safely.
