✨Maintenance Monday! ✨
Have you ever gone to start a task or chore and had to do 17 pre-tasks before you could get to your original task? 🙋🏼‍♀️ Like you go to mow your lawn for the first time this year and your lawn mower won't start, 🤦🏼‍♀️so you need to service it? And you spend the next several hours on it? 👩🏼‍🔧 And then your tired or pi**ed off or both and you don’t mow your lawn as you originally intended? Just me this happen to?
You see where I am going here - NOW is a great time to service your lawn mower.
🔹Change the oil
🔹Replace the spark plugs
🔹Sharpen the blade if needed.
Then you will be ready to 🎶Rock and Roll Hoochie Koo🎶 when its time.

Red rover, red rover...did the 💨wind💨 blow your fence over? YIKES! I know we chatted about the wind and the windows BUT the wind VS fence battle is real! Now this IS something we do. From a few pickets and stringers to post replacements. Now is a GREAT time to repair fences and replace posts because its not 100 degrees 🌞 outside and the ground is soft.

Maintenance Tuesday!
Oh my goodness….that wind/rain/MUD storm we had last week was CRAZY!!! My house windows got hammered - like my house plants may shrivel up and die due to lack of light…(maybe not quite THAT bad but it feels like it.)
WE don’t offer window cleaning BUT our friends over is who we call when the windows are this dingy. They get them looking brand spanking new.

AHHHH.. Can you feel it? Spring? 🌼🌼🌼A new beginning, a fresh start.
I love watching the yard come to life and the days get longer.
As we all head outside to get our hands dirty now is a GREAT time to shampoo your carpets.
Wash out ALL of 2020 and start fresh.
We don’t offer this service however our good friend over does a bang up job! Regular carpet cleaning can prolong the life of your carpet and make your house smell fresh once again.

Many people don’t realize that road and sidewalk salts can damage concrete, wood and can irritate a fur babies paws if left out. To prevent any damage sweep up any left over salts from decks, sidewalks and walkways.
