Job Title: Office Administrator / Operations Coordinator

Position Overview
Warwick Electric LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Administrator / Operations Coordinator to support daily business operations. This role is essential in maintaining accurate financial records, coordinating internal systems, and ensuring smooth administrative workflows across the company.
Key Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Manage fleet tracking systems and vehicle records
Oversee invoice collections and follow up on outstanding accounts
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial data
Export, batch, and sync data from ServiceTitan to QuickBooks
Track and manage employee tool inventory and program usage
Assist with planning and coordination of operational resources
Monitor and renew company licenses, certifications, and bonding requirements
Maintain organized records and documentation for compliance and reporting
Support general office administration and communication
Qualifications
Prior experience in administrative, bookkeeping, or operations roles (construction or electrical industry preferred)
Proficiency with QuickBooks and willingness to learn ServiceTitan
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial and operational tasks
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with fleet management or inventory tracking is a plus
Work Environment
Office-based position located in Bolivar, Missouri
