"Shortly after I reported the water outage, two Blue Ridge servicemen showed up at a property I own in NC. They determined that the 40-year-old (+ or - a year) pump had stopped working. Imagine that! Going right to work, they replaced the pump, pressure switch and all the other necessary items, getting everything back to running shape in short order. Sometimes working in torrential rain.
