This customer's bathtub has been the source of wood rotting caused by the sealant becoming too old and allowing water to seep behind the tub. Thankfully, we addressed it before any further leaking could occur, re built the wall frame and floor beams, Installed new drywall and water resistant tub shower walls, resurfaced the tub, and now just got to add some sealant and hardware and it will be fully functional and ready for use.
