We replaced this roof today in Decatur. After stripping off 2 layers of felt from the previous contractor. We replaced 2 pieces of decking, installed a Class 4 Shingle, synthetic felt, ice/water shield, dripedge and lead pipejacks. More to come with this property. We are just getting started.

We replaced this roof in Alvord earlier this week. After we stripped the roof to the decking. A Class 4 Hail Impact Resistant Shingle was installed lowering the homeowners insurance rate by 33%. Synthetic felt, ice/water shield for the valleys and low sloped roofs, plus lead pipejacks.

Avoid the good ole ESTIMATE cash grab roofer! You will end up with leaks and problems from re-used materials. (See pics of a 2 year old (red) roof we replaced from the previous contractor).

Here's the importance of completing the work as needed. Insurance companies are doing ground inspections to help lower their claims cost. But, when the work is completed correctly, with the right materials, it lowers the insurance company's future risk, in turn, lowers your yearly insurance premium.

Here's before/after of a home in Boyd we done. All approved and completed by insurance proceeds.

Phase 1 complete - We would like to thank Guardian Title trusting us with their building. We stripped the old materials to the decking, added synthetic felt, new dripedge, lead pipejack, ice and water in all the valleys, and free upgraded Class 4 Shingle. New paint is next.

Thank You, to our hard working team! We laid 76 squares of material today, in this brutal hot day. Guaranteeing business may resume Monday with no interruptions. We are only as good as are people.

Important read for homeowners. Here's an example and reasons on why you need an inspection. This was a 2 year old roof that was hit by the 10-20-19 storm. Notice the leaks, those leaks wouldn't show up inside your home for several years. The big catch! YOU ONLY HAVE ONE YEAR TO FILE A CLAIM WITH YOUR INSURANCE! If you notice leaks after that and no storm date, it becomes the homeowners problem to pay for repairs.
