Most leaks don’t start as leaks.

This one didn’t leak—but when we were working on it, water flowed away from the drain instead of toward it.
There was no drain pan, so water could easily spread across the floor.
We installed a pan and drain line to make sure water goes where it’s supposed to.
A nearby floor drain alone isn’t enough to protect your home.
