I have been building in Manatee and Sarasota counties since 1980. All my experience is from being a union carpenter in Lower Manhattan and working at the World Trade Center for 7 years. Plus the US Steel Building, Bankers Trust Building and Starret City in Brooklyn and various other projects.
I also do bank inspections for lenders to determine how much money they receive when they need money from the construction account.
