The footprint is officially set! 🪏

Take a look at this aerial view of the Bobber Inn & Suites site in Pequot Lakes. The crew is moving fast—from pouring the concrete foundation and digging trenches for the water and sewer lines, to standing up the white ICF walls for the future pool. 🏊

Seeing the actual outline of the building from the sky really puts the sheer scale of this commercial build into perspective. We are making serious headway!

What an incredible day yesterday was! 🏗️

We had a fantastic time celebrating the official groundbreaking of the Bobber Inn & Suites. A special thank you to Mayor Tyler Gardner, Representative Josh Heintzeman, Representative Krista Knudsen, and Senator Keri Heintzeman for joining us. Having the support of our local and state leaders means everything as we work to build up the Pequot Lakes economy!

A project of this scale doesn't happen without a massive team of great partners. Huge thanks to everyone who grabbed a shovel: the City of Pequot Lakes, Wyndham, BankVista, MBFC, North Central Small Business Development Center, Widseth, the Pequot Lakes Chamber, the Initiative Foundation, and Pequot Lakes Community Action.

The sign is up, the equipment is ready, and the dirt is officially moving! 🏗️

We had a fantastic time today celebrating the groundbreaking ceremony for the new Bobber Inn & Suites in Pequot Lakes. Level Contracting is so proud to be the builder bringing this incredible new addition to the community.

Drawing outside the lines... but pouring the concrete right on the money. 🏗️📏

Taking the drone up over the future home of the Bobber Inn & Suites really shows off the sheer size of this build. We are taking it from blueprints to reality, one pour at a time. It’s a great feeling to build something from the ground up that will bring so much energy to Pequot Lakes. The foundation is set, and we're just getting started!

We are proud to be partnering with Northern Hospitality Development Group on the construction of an exciting new hotel project in Pequot Lakes, Minnesota.

This project represents a significant investment in our community and will create new jobs, support local tourism, and contribute to the continued growth of Pequot Lakes and Brainerd Lakes area.

This Memorial Day, we honor the fallen heroes who gave everything so that future generations could live free. Capturing this salute at Pearl Harbor was a humbling reminder of the true cost of our liberties.

Closing day AND sod day?! It doesn’t get much better than this. 🏡🔑
After wrapping up our final walk-through yesterday, we officially handed over the keys to this stunning grey house today. To make it even better, the crew from Werx is right behind us rolling out fresh sod on both of these new builds. It is amazing how much a green yard completely transforms the look of a new construction home.
Congratulations to the new homeowners, and a huge thank you to the landscaping crew hustling out there in the sun today!

Sun's out, shingles are down! ☀️🔨
To everyone who drove by this winter while we were framing in the freezing cold and thought, "These guys are absolutely nuts"... you were right. 😂 But all those numb fingers are paying off now!
Getting a home "dried in" is a massive milestone. It means our interior crews can keep working no matter what the Minnesota spring weather decides to throw at us next.
Big shoutout to the roofing crew for the crisp work laying down these Owens Corning shingles today, and to our partners at for keeping us supplied with the top-notch materials needed to get it done. The finish line is getting closer!
