One of my latest projects. Total living Rm / Dining Rm remodel. Floors to ceiling and everything in between. Replaced all outlets to new decora outlets, switches and plates, added color changing can lights over the LR sitting area, replaced the chandelier with color changing can lights, embedded LED strip lighting behind the new crown molding, replaced all base board moldings, removed the ceiling texture, primed and painted both ceiling and walls, installed new window casing, window sill mini blind and curtains (in dining RM, LR blind had to be ordered, added surround sound ceiling speakers, custom built an electric fireplace, hearth with hidden draws and mantel. Start to finish 4.5 weeks.

Drywall repair after a pipe leaking inside a wall. The customer asked if I could make it accessible in case future work was needed. So I made the center section removable with the molding attached to it so the seam isn't visible.

We completed this job several weeks ago. This was a patio which the builder put 1/2" sheetrock as the ceiling. The customer was always having issues with cracks and the texture repeatedly coming down. We pulled it all down, leveled the trusses with 1x4 nailer strips, then installed a completely PVC panel, no maintenance ceiling system. Even if there was ever a leak, the ceiling will not come down or show damage. To clean, just spray it with water.
