| Renovations on the new 2-story, 133,863 SF Dick's House of Sport, formerly Nordstrom at the Galleria in St. Louis, MO, are officially underway! This unique project will transform the existing structure into an activity-driven retail environment. Construction includes the complete interior demolition of all existing finishes and systems, a full interior build-out, a modernized exterior façade, re-roofing of the entire structure, and upgrades to the building's utility infrastructure.

| We're excited to see progress as concrete footings are poured at this 65,000-square-foot, multi-phase addition and renovation project in Mascoutah, IL.

The project consists of a new media center and entrance, a 2-story academic wing dedicated to Career and Technical Education (CTE) and vocational programs, new band and choir facilities, expanded student services, a renovated cafeteria and commons area, a new athletics lobby, and a separate athletic storage building.

We look forward to bringing these new spaces to life for students, staff, and the community!
