A lot of the most important work is the stuff people never see. Sometimes cost are not always things that look pretty it’s the things that are built tough and right. One of the things we do is Self-leveling before tile. Self level helps create a flat, solid surface so the finished floor looks right and lasts. The prep underneath matters just as much as the tile on top.

This bathroom started with a very dated look and was taken all the way down to the framing before being rebuilt from the ground up.

The homeowners had a great eye for design, and the combination of the soft green vanity, brass fixtures, custom shower tile, and patterned floor came together beautifully. Our team handled everything from the rough construction to the finishing details to help bring their vision to life.

Seems like a quick small project right?… 🙄😆🙃

From dated and cramped… to bright, clean, and built to last. ✨

This bathroom transformation is one our entire team is extremely proud of.

What most people don’t see is what happens behind the finished photos. Once we opened the walls, we uncovered plumbing issues that needed to be corrected. We also installed a mosaic tile floor—something every contractor knows takes extra time, patience, and attention to detail to get perfectly flat and level.

All of this happened while working within a timeline that was much tighter than we would normally prefer. Our team, along with our subcontractors, stepped up and remained incredibly accommodating to help meet our customer’s deadline without compromising quality.

I’m proud of the men who worked on this project. Proud of our subcontractors. Proud of our company.

When challenges come up, we don’t make excuses—we take accountability, solve problems, communicate, and keep moving forward. That’s what professionals do, and that’s exactly what happened here.

This bathroom went from dated and builder-grade to a clean, modern space with a custom walk-in shower, new vanity, tile, fixtures, and finishes throughout.

More importantly, we genuinely enjoyed working with these homeowners. They were great to work with, appreciated our team, and we truly appreciated them right back.

What was once a dated garden tub and cramped shower layout is now a clean, modern, and highly functional space built for everyday luxury.

Busy stretch over here at LMR Services. Multiple projects running at once, a man down this week, and still pushing hard every single day to make sure our clients are taken care of the right way.

Wrapping up this beautiful project in Holmdel, NJ and just wanted to say how grateful we are for homeowners like this. Absolutely great people, easy to work with, and trusting us with their home means a lot.

LMR services We have full pipeline right now. Jobs stacked, schedules tight — and to be honest, this isn’t the kind of project we typically take on. The margins just aren’t there.

But not everything is about margins.

This was for a World War II Army munitions veteran… and his 97 year-old wife, who were worried that they would be struggling just to get in and out of the tub. At that point, it’s not a “job” — it’s a responsibility.

So we stepped in.

Stripped it down, rebuilt it right, and made it safe. No fluff. No upsells. Just did what needed to be done.

We did it at cost. Called it a day.

Because if you’re in this business and you only move when the numbers are perfect, you’re missing the bigger picture.

Respect to my sub and good friend Collins who stood shoulder to shoulder with me even though he has a lot going on also and charged cost. That’s how you know who you’re really working with.

We build for a living — but character is what people remember
