Six months in, Dominick Liebzeit has become a steady part of the Polzin Epoxy Designs crew as one of our Installers.

If you've watched a floor come together start to finish, you've watched the work he does. Dominick handles surface prep and profiling before anything goes down, then mixes and applies the coating system. From there it's the flake broadcast and the finishing details, the passes that decide whether the floor looks right when the room clears out.

Away from the job, you'll find him fishing, keeping up with football, tending the garden, and working on cars.

Six months of showing up and putting in the work. Thank you, Dominick, glad you're on the team.

Stay tuned for next Friday's new employee of the week!
