The foundations of that reputation are the permanence of our new products built with guaranteed quality workmanship and our self imposed standards of superior customer service. In today's rapidly changing world there aren't many durable values. Standards of politics, ethics and behavior have been so radically altered that many of the ideas passed on to us by preceding generations may not seem pert

inent to those that will come after. The same holds true for goods in the marketplace. We have little expectation of long life for most of them, and indeed often buy them with the knowledge that they will soon have to be replaced. Pointed exceptions are concrete pipe and precast products. Strong and correct, they will last for generations. When you choose them, you are selecting construction elements for your project and our infrastructure that will still be here to serve our grandchildren and theirs.

Republican Gubernatorial Candidate Ed Gillespie made a stop at Permatile Concrete Products Company in Bristol, Virginia
on Tuesday, October 10 as he toured Southwest Virginia manufacturers and area businesses. Gillespie and Delegate O’Quinn toured the concrete pipe and precast concrete product plant and got a first-hand look products used in Virginia’s road building, maintenance and construction programs.

INDIANAPOLIS – Permatile Concrete Products Co. of Bristol, Va., was honored for 20 consecutive years in the National Precast Concrete Association’s plant certification program. The company was recognized on March 2 in Cleveland, Ohio, during The Precast Show 2017.

NPCA-certified plants that have been continuously certified for 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 years are honored for their long-term commitment to practicing quality production practices and producing high-quality precast concrete products. To achieve certification, precast manufacturing plants are graded on several critical areas of precast concrete production including plant quality control procedures, safety, production practices, concrete mixture and reinforcement design and more.

“NPCA is proud to recognize Permatile Concrete Products Co. for its dedication to the program and to quality precast concrete products,” said Ty Gable, president of National Precast Concrete Association.
