šŸ‡ŗšŸ‡øHappy Fourth to all of our customers and our team!

ā¤ļøšŸ¤šŸ’™I really want to give a special shout out to our amazing team! I am in disbelief at the amount of people we were able to take care of before the heat wave/long weekend. Our whole team put in some serious time and after hours working in this heat/extreme conditions, such as attics over 160Ā°! I also want to thank some of our amazing customers that recognized this hard work and extreme conditions, thanking our techs, writing amazing reviews and even tipping them. You have no idea how much this is appreciated by all of us ā¤ļø I also want to mention some of our customers that so willingly accepted rescheduling minor service calls (working acā€™s)to allow space for some of our elderly customers with non working acā€™s. Warmā€™s my heart, and thatā€™s what community and America is aboutā¤ļøšŸ¤šŸ’™

I struggled with whether or not to post this because maybe itā€™s not the ā€œtraditionalā€ buisness post and I really try to never speak negatively about other companies, at the end of the day none of our businesses are perfect, there is plenty of work out there and no need to knock anyone else when you are confident in your product.
However one thing that has always bothered me and seems to be getting worse in the industry is companies telling people their systems are dead when they are not or that the refrigerant in their system is no longer available. I realize there are honest mistakes, or lack of experience for some but this AC season we are on about call number five of a customer that had been told they needed a replacement and were price shopping. Upon arrival we have found things like wires cut, breakers/disconnects off and no issues or very minor repairable issues. The last one really got me, it was an elderly couple that went without heat in sections of their home this past winter and were told the ac and heat didnā€™t work. We arrived and found wires very clearly intentionally cut. The system was old and needed some slight adjustments and now new wiring, but was running just fine in about 10min. Please be careful, cheapest/quickest is not always the answer. We may not always be able to get to people as quickly as they would like but I promise we will always be honest and never take advantage of anyone.
