We’d like to recognize and congratulate Chase on an outstanding achievement—today, he passed his journeyman’s exam with an impressive score of 90%.

Chase comes from a proud, third-generation HVAC background, with both his father and grandfather being longtime tradesmen. We brought him on in August of 2024 during a large-scale ductwork project. At the time, his experience was primarily in ductwork; however, it didn’t take long to recognize the level of skill, work ethic, and attention to detail he brought to the table. It was clear early on that he was a diamond in the rough.

Since then, we’ve had the opportunity to mentor and develop Chase into a highly versatile technician and installer. While he remains one of the most skilled ductwork professionals we’ve encountered, he has also expanded his expertise across ice machines, refrigeration systems, and HVAC. Today, he demonstrates a strong, well-rounded understanding of all aspects of the trade.

In our view, it’s rare to find someone at his age operating at this level, and we’re proud to have him as part of our team.

We’ve been hard at work on a new construction project for a local restaurant, handling the full installation of both refrigeration and HVAC systems. We anticipate wrapping up the project within the next week.

As a small company, balancing the needs of our existing customers while building new relationships and managing complete restaurant design and installation projects can be challenging. However, we take pride in consistently delivering quality work and maintaining that balance.

We are truly grateful for the continued trust and support of our loyal customers, as well as the opportunity to serve the new clients we’ve recently partnered with.
