$3.50 per lb PLUS processing fee
1/4 beef = estimate 150lbs x$3.50; approx $525
1/2 beef = estimate 300lbs x$3.50; approx $1050
Whole beef= estimate 550-600lbs x$3.50; approx $1925-$2100
Kill fee PER 1/4 BEEF is $13.75 PLUS $0.80 per # hanging weight:
150 # x$0.80= $120; $120 + $13.75= $133.75 processing fee.
The steers have been eating a corn mix grower and hay for 90 days.

They Can do butcher paper or vacuum seal, you will call and tell them. You will pay butcher directly and pick up meat there.
Payment forms accepted are cash, Venmo, or Cash App.
Deposit of $250 to hold your beef that will apply towards your balance that is due upon harvest.
Balance must be paid within 7 days of receiving actual balance due.
