Gotham Ready Mix Expands North with Strategic Acquisition of Tetz/Peckham Operations
We’re proud to announce that Gotham Ready Mix has officially acquired the former E. Tetz Concrete company, previously operated by Peckham Materials, located in Middletown, NY. This acquisition marks a significant step in our upward expansion as we move north of our existing footprint to capture growing demand in the Hudson Valley region.
This move reinforces our long-term strategy of expanding across New York and New Jersey—both through strategic acquisitions and new greenfield developments in high-potential markets. Our most recent addition in southern Staten Island, brings our total to 7 ready mix plants and 146 mixers—a testament to our steady and focused growth.
The acquisition of the Tetz/Peckham ready-mix operation aligns with our mission to build a stronger, more efficient network of concrete supply across diverse markets. We’re committed to delivering sustainable, high-quality concrete paired with the dependable service our customers count on every day.
As we continue expanding across Orange, Sullivan, and Nassau counties in New York—and Essex, Bergen, and Middlesex counties in New Jersey—we’re excited about the opportunities ahead.
