Design & Build Residential / Commercial Construction company currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to help oversee work on current projects.

Key responsibilities include:

• Administrative support to the construction staff.
• Management of daily Operations.
• Filing and maintaining project folders.
• Updating digital records, schedules and maintaining project records on central server.
• Generate letters, reports and various correspondence
• Work closely with clients and staff to achieve company goals

The preferred candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, professional appearance and positive demeanor. Candidates must have exceptional organization and multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and schedules simultaneously. Familiarity with all Microsoft Office programs is a must. Candidates with experience in architecture or construction will receive priority consideration.
