Another drainage project wrapped up to help this homeowner with drainage problems. Watershed coming from the neighbors property and drainage from the homeowners property was causing issues along this garage and retaining wall. Installation of a catch basin and new dirt berm to redirect the water flow will help mitigate the watershed for this area for the future.

Homeowner had issues with standing water in the backyard after a heavy rain so we went to work with a solution to fix the problems. Started with a new swell to lower the area so the water would drain into a larger pipe to exit into an existing wash area.
