Sometimes people get desperate and they finally give up and call us. We can open your vehicle for you if you're ever locked out. No that's not AI either. The customer used many different tools and implements to try and open it. I'll give them a A for effort.

We just got a call from Alberta Canada to unlock a woman's door. Had to text her back because our landline wouldn't accept the number. Texted her and told her it would be a few days until we could make it there and the charges would be more than the door was worth and to go ahead and just break it down, or call a local locksmith in her area. She laughed and apologized.

Just a quick reminder for everyone that has a basement and sump pump. It's a good practice to check them when it's pouring rain like it has been. Luckily, our pump alarm went off and averted a total disaster!

Customer called and said they needed their property rekeyed ASAP because they had someone moving in the next day. I couldn't believe that the plow trucks used their driveway as a push point. There must've been at least 16" of snow on the ground there and a 8 foot pile right in the driveway. Needless to say, the customer wasn't happy to see this photo. We got it re-keyed for them though. K&S Locksmith Service LLC is always ready to help when we can.

Zach just got back from Viet Nam and when he was there, he took some pictures of their keys and locks. They're called dimple locks. Pretty interesting design. Thankfully these haven't caught on here.
