A work in progress, tied a 4000 watt inverter into the generator feed of our 5th wheel, ran the remote switch and will be adding 1 or 2 more batteries. And a 4 to 6 solar panels depending on the ratings of the panels I go with.
The breaker next to the battery is for the 12 volt conversion of my dish.

Another ceiling fan replacement through First American Home Warranty. Another happy customer. Forgot to take a picture of the new fan, but looks similar to the one pictured, just less dust. Also converted 3 fixtures in the kitchen to line voltage LED at the customers cost.

Was sent out by First American Home Warranty for issues with a receptacle working intermittently.
After listening to the customer describe the issues they were experiencing, I decided to start my troubleshooting at the panel.
Needless to say, it was another failed Zinsco panel, which I will be changing out. In the meantime I was able to keep them up and running until we go through the long drawn out application process that the higher ups at PG&E have created.

Did a 100 amp panel swap and added a 50 amp RV receptacle. Up in LaPorte today.

Washer would start and then lose power. Two previous electricians apparently changed the receptacle (GFCI) and called it good. Well 3rd times a charm. The issue was the panel bus bar and a breaker that had been recently replaced.
