After a complete Interior remodel and installation of new glass doors units across the back , Unfortunately we found the exterior back and side walls of the upper and lower back screen deck areas had a lot of rott . We were able to demo and rebuild both for the homeowner and make some changes adding clear glass window units /tile/drywall and paint while also rebuilding the back deck/steps and front steps ! projects
