WE’RE HIRING: EXPERIENCED LINE STRIPER / CREW LEAD
Golden Isles Striping Solutions is looking for an experienced Line Striper / Crew Lead to join our growing team.
We’re looking for someone who knows the trade, can take ownership of a job, and can confidently lead a crew from layout to completion.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years of professional line striping experience
Able to lift 50+ lbs
Able to read and interpret site plans without assistance
Experienced with new parking lot layout according to site plans
Able to operate and maintain line striping equipment
Able to run and lead a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Clean driving record
Willingness to travel outside of Georgia when required
Must pass a drug screening and background check due to federal contract requirements
EXPERIENCE THAT’S A PLUS
Sealcoating
Thermoplastic striping
Preformed thermoplastic
Traffic control/sign installation
WHAT WE OFFER
Starting pay: Up to $30/hour — based on experience
Guaranteed 40 hours per week
PTO
Night differential
Quarterly performance bonuses
Per diem for qualifying travel
Hotel expenses paid when traveling

TRAVEL
This position may require occasional travel outside of Georgia. When travel is required, per diem and hotel accommodations are provided.
